Junior Field IT-technician
Ticketmaster is looking for a Junior Field IT technician with good knowledge of PCs, Windows, AD and Office 365!
Location: Helsinki, Finland, flexible with national travel
Division: Ticketmaster Northern Region
Contract Terms: Permanent, 40h/week
Salary: Negotiable, depends on experience
THE JOB
IT Team are responsible to provide IT support to clients. We also manage everything that has to do with access control. Do you want to be a part of fun growing team?
THE TEAM
We provide IT support internally and externally. We are onsite on events and install and provide access control support.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Provide internal IT support to users on Nordic level.

Internal IT support consist of Office IT, Workstations (Win), printers, basic network upkeep, replacing it-equipment, life cycle management etc.

Provide System support to clients

System support consist of installing and debugging ticket sale system, ticket printers, receipt printers, season card printers and other software or equipment client is using to manage ticket sales.

Manage cases from our case management system and provide support via email, phone and onsite for our clients.

Plan access control rollouts to venues and events.

Schedule and organize access control for events. Often at evenings and weekends when events occur.

Maintain an annual event onsite calendar requiring IT, CS or external staff onsite.

Upkeep a Device registry including access control hardware, network device, office IT equipment etc.

Provide aid to other departments when needed.

Provide and produce necessary instructions and documentation.

Be a part of a On Call team where assistance is required between 09.00-21.00
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

Good knowledge of PCs, Windows, AD and Office 365.

Good knowledge of printers and network printing.

Basic understanding on networks, switches, routers, Wifi etc.

Organizing skills.

Good knowledge of Android devices.

Fluent Finnish and English skills, both in writing and speaking. Fluent in Swedish is a plus.

A team player who is willing to offer help when needed and who is self-driven. You do not wait to get tasks served to you. In this role it is very important to be able to work in stressful and busy environments with everything happening at the same time. You are flexible with working hours and comfortable with talking to people and are a social person.
